BMC fitted
wen to scrapppies got some bits, ecu and battery trays to be sent off for powder coating, clips for doorcards, window glass retainer thing, mk2 rear lights too.
all fitted now. doorcards secure for the first time since i bought it lol and mk2 rears:

Also decided on getting a Predator ECU in the current group buy (hopefully) and AT Power throttle bodies in the new year

Jp4 cam covers paid for cheers Ross.
Sub box finished. My mate stood next to it for comparison
And iv got a massive hangover and 21sqft of sound deafening to fit >.< and the box and remoint both amps fml

New sub box in (2.something cuft tuned to 34hz), need to have a play with my amp now its in the new box but irst impreesions are the bass is much smoother and more linear, lost a bit of response but i was expecting that  happy overall. not painted or owt yet as we will be building it into the boot in the next few weeks.

Bit of an update, had a tweak of the gain on my sub amp and changed some settings on HU, my ears now hurt  sound deadened the boot using 2mm silentcoat improved bass dramatically.
And JP4 cam covers have arrived will be fitted this weekend along with more deadening

November 1st update
Found out i have standard cams:
Spring snapped:
Replaced with 50mm apex:
Strut top was cracked.
Grinder out
Turned into this:

Turned black:
Also fitted a new wishbone and orange engine mount last weekend, no more knocking huzzah!
And the mission for this weekend is to fit a new rear axle and cat and book an MOT!

Aye its was pretty bad, nowt a good grind and weld cant sort. Only thought it was a crack at first lol

Paid about 130 for them I think mate, gonnabe getting rid in the new year for some 6.5" CDT's or Rainbows or SPL Dynamics, dont really like the tweeters on the Focals

Love the sub box mate, looks similar to mine (yet to add pictures) I havent smoothed around the port, so the bass shakes everywhere.
Have to ask, where have you sound deadened?
Car looks clean man, thats the problem with having a white one, gets dirty so quick, good choice of fitting steelies for winter, wouldnt want to curb yours

Ill take some pictures of where iv deadened, gonna be putting some more in this weekend when i rip it all out to do rear axle lol.
Havent got tyres on the steels yet haha sat behind the shed, probably gonna stay there tbh got new tyres on my td's. see how it goes when the snow comes

thanks guys.
unfortunately more repair related updates this weekend until the MOT is passed, axle, crank pulley, fit cat. then get cracking with decat (again), gti-6 brakes, cover my sub box and build it in, new tweeters and a pillar builds, service (yawn). should be it for this year
next year is where the fun starts.
fix gearbox (yawn)
Vibratechnics engine mounts
GMC cams
Predator ECU & LC1 wideband (already got wideband and display)

Yo, slapped a new axle on it and its a LOT lower than i thought it would be....
trololol
PLANS FOR THIS WEEK! Get new steering column, get standard backbox, get new washer jet, fix abs light, get handbrake cable, fit it all, get it in the garage next wednesday for the brake pipes and welding doing and re-MOT.
Then need to get over to boony and get the axle raised up a lott. tatty byes
