To be honest, if you're looking to keep fit and add weight in a clean way, it's going to take a while. Most people will just pound down everything to bulk up, then go on a cut. Just keep getting good clean carbs and lots of protein and as your muscle mass increases, so will your weight...

Adding weight is as simple as calories in need to be greater than calories out. It's the type of calories that will change your body composition, or so I'm led to believe. You could add lots of weight quickly by eating mcdonalds food 6 times a day, but you'd be a lard arse.

As for weight gainers, dunno, I used to use mutant mass, but you're probably better off just eating more food. Bigger portions, eat more often, and more calorie dense food, like nuts.
