See when you were going for it did you get the limter in 5th, because thats like the maxium your car will go?

Not necessarily, there's a limit your car will do, wind resistance could mean you dont reach the limiter/your car might not quite have enough power to reach the limiter in 5th.

Have you tried going down like a slight hill?, Thats were i did it. As for speed be inaccurate, i use these things that are in 30 zones, you know the big thing on lamposts (my speedo out by 2 mph)

Oh and another thing you all have to consider is if you have bigger alloys? They will affect of your speedo! Tyre profile etc.

well ive just got 60mph in 2nd out of my 1.1 (raggin it) n thats just got a induction kit n bore exhaust so theres 2 things u probz need 2 do
