Furio Progress Thread (heavy pictures)
My furio, as i have purchased it
my new project car, will be at the bhp show , have big plans tho, defo goin to have the full respray done for the show,
resprayed under the bonent my self haha
after paint and fitting bumper
old grill in the bin and in with the new
race car
all back together, haveing its mot haha
have lots of plans, starting with spraying the roof white, with the vtr alloys, which is beiing done soon (: and lowered 60 mm, the rest of the car blue, with the smothed boot, full powerflow cat back exhaust system with 4.2.1 manifiold
the boot bein smotheddd
fitting the manifold, on the mk 2 you have to change the oil filter back to the mark one spin on filter, instead of the plastic filter houseing.

had to remove that filter houseing and tapout a hole with an m10 tap and plug it up with a m10 stud, then fit the adapter that i bought from citroens for 1.50 si i could screw the mark one filter on, as you can see in this pic

also had to move the oil switch and put it here as it is on a mark one, because on the mark two its built into the filter houseing.
mk1 and mk2 filters
421 manifold fitted
beast of a back box
show cage
cars bein sprayed now so pics of the spray job will be up soon  let me know what you think

thats, what i was thinking, but ive mesured it it and works out that it is, just where the rear is 80 pushes it up a bit, want to get a set of coiles for it, maybe bring it to 70mm? or it could be where its on standard shocks?

I dont think the standard shocks would affect it. It could be because the springs havent settled but depends how long you have had them fitted.
Thats a pic of my old VTS down 50mm.
The car does look loads better lowered btw, I was just saying it doesnt quite look 60mm.
