Too Late! Id love to do something crazy like this (Some might tell you i already do)

But as far as engines concerned ill be happy with a VTS engine in mine (plus a few extras of course)

Ultimately i would have loved a Hyabusa Turbo engine in the rear- Z Cars do it

looks awesome mate. How are you going to arrange the interior? as there's got to be a fairly large transmission tunnel running through the centre of the car and there isn't too much space inside a saxo...

Looking like a good project, have you spoken to the guy who has the rear wheel drive, turbo 106. He might be able to help if you have any problems. Don't think he's on here but i've seen him on other sites!

i havent got a clue what i am going to do with the interior.ill see what it looks like when its finished. i was thinking because ill need a custom carpet just buy some speaker box cover and spray glue it to the floor. lol i no its a naff idea but it will be cheap. until i can get one made or something i havent really tought about it yet. i used to work making custom speaker boxes so i sould be able to make a good job of it. or cut the carpet to the tunnel and then just trim the tunnel. anyone got any ideas?

bulkhead was a b****** to cut 3 layers of metal

nice one..

Just a quick note thought to make sure you are considering the final ride height before setting the mounts to make sure that the suspension geometry will be maintained at your desired height. This will be critical if you want it to handle.

Interesting thread, and good to see someone doing things after they've thrown the book out of the window!

Good choice of box as well. The escort RS2000 4x4 I used to have had the MT75 and they are bulletproof! Good choice for big power.

Keep the updates coming!
