Its using photoshop to design the sig in layers then animating in Image ready im guessing.... You can simply animate it by hiding layers and making them reappear at certain times which creates an animation.

got it spot on there mate . Just use Imageready and duplicate, then hide layers. Is really, really simple once you have done it once
