Default paul_vtr666 - Gold VTR - Progress thread

Hello, this would be my third saxo in 2 years but I think only the second ive posted on here.

Its a 2002 VTR which originated from Scotland but was brought over to Northern Ireland a couple of weeks before I bought it. Wasnt really after a gold one until I seen this but it had only 29k miles so couldnt really refuse. I dont regret getting this colour as there are hardly any others like it round my area.

Ive had the car since December 2007 when it was standard and have carried out the following mods since then. I have two sets of wheels for the car which are in the photos but the OZ Saturns (white wheels) are going to get sprayed silver again.

Engine

1.6 8V Silvertop
NGK Spark Plugs
B&M Short Shifter
Supersprint Magnum Backbox
Supersprint "Race only" Centre Section
Raceland Enclosed CF Induction Kit

Custom Painted Anthracite Rocker Cover and Gold Citroen Chevron
Carbon Fibre Battery Cover
Carbon Fibre ECU Cover
Carbon Fibre PAS Reservoir Cover
Carbon Fibre Fusebox Cover

Exterior

Metallic Topaz Gold
Fully Colour Coded
Genuine Dimma Grill
Custom Front Plate to fit recess

Wheels

14" Standard VTR Wheels refurbed in a dark gunmetal
16" OZ Saturn Plus' in White

Suspension

60mm Spax Springs
Torsion bar adjusted to match
OMP strut brace

ICE and Security

Pioneer Headunit
Factory fitted Alarm and Immobiliser System

Interior

B&M Gearknob
White dials

Now the pics with white wheels

And then the VTR wheels

Future plans are a supersprint mani to start with then looking at a possible cam kit

Opinions welcome
