Hey guys, well the time has come where my girlfriend is starting to think she is fat!
As if in my opinion but she has her thoughts!
Anyways, she thinks she is gettin chunky around her thighs and bum and thinks she is getting over hang from her stomach area when she has her jeans on!
She is wanting to loose her so called "chunky" things, bum and belly but does not no how to go about it.
Ive told her to cut down on fatty foods, and excerise a little bit but she is wanting some more advice really!
Im no expert on how to loose weight, diets, tricks etc etc
Hopefully some of you on here may be able to give some help....
IMO she is just right but on the other hand i dont want her being upset and down about her weight.
Any help would be great!
