Finally quitting...
..smoking.
Thats right, just had my last cigarette... ever.
I know most people dont succeed on their first attempt, but i am motivated, and want to concentrate more on my fitness this year.
Would say i would give up alcohol aswell, but thats just being stupid!
Ive got enough patches here to OD on!

try to get off the patches asap dude.
the nicotine is what is half of the problem.
nicotine also can effect your oxygen uptake

Haha cheers people. Decided not to use the patches, thanks to ryan.
So if i fail, i have someone to blame 
Only kidding.
But so far its been almost 12 hours and no cravings as of yet. Im just going to have to stick it through. Apparently the first week is the hardest!

if you can get past the two week phase it will get much easier from then on, the nicotine should nearly be on empty. trust me its one of the best achievements you will ever do in life.

I try quiting so much. It lasts 1week untill the weekend and then im dead again. But ive got a 3week holiday to america with my girlfriends mum and dad and they dont know i smoke so im hopeing that it will be the best time to stop.

Still going strong, no cigarettes as of yet. Came off the patches straight away as they were making me feel funny,
i must say i have been temted but manage to hold it back. Went out on tuesday night and i didnt need one

Craving have been there man haha.
I suppose my biggest test is tonight, still got about 50 pages of photography reasearch, as well as annotating my final pieces and developing some 35mm.
I hate leaving things till the last minute :'(
