He takes pride in his work and i know he'd do the job properly!!

Sorry, you misinterpreted(sp). If I turned up to let him clean my car, to find out he's only 17 - I would very possibly leave again. You have to understand that image and stereotypes play a big role in getting customers - if you went to have you car cleaned by a 17 year old lad who charged £80 for, what you have listed, is a glorified clean then I'd like to think you too would think it was a get rich quick type deal. I didn't mean to say your brother is doing it as a scam, I was just suggesting it may be what potential customers think.
I see another of your posts has said this topic has got personal and you think it should be closed - I for one think it should be kept open because noone's having a direct dig at yourself or your brother, but offering advise on what you have posted about.
It's merely constructive criticism - I know I pointed out a few things in your older posts, and even suggested ways for you to sell your brothers service. If you change a few things, list everything he uses and make it sound like you get £80 worth it'll be alot better.
Still, £80 is alot for what he'll do, but whatever works for you

Lol @ Peej.
If he wants to charge £80 then let the guy. If he is getting the work then he isnt complaining about charging too much really is he? Each to their own i say. If you dont want to pay £80 then dont pay it and go somewhere else. People might charge cheaper but thats their choice. If he can earn £80 for doing that to the car then good on him really, he isnt going to stop if people are going to him for it. If you dont want your car cleaned for him for £80, then dont go to him. End of.

And that's fine and we respect that, but what we are saying from our experience is that you/he are asking for a lot of money for work which - as advertised here - appears to be a simple wash and wax with tyre dressing.
If you had come along and said he's been doing it for (this is an example) 3 months and has cleaned a car every other weekend, then posted a few photos of said cars then perhaps we would have had a different response.

Thanks I understand that you were only trying to help. I just feel like there was no need for MK2SLAG to come into the thread and start saying it's a rip off when he clearly wasn't interested at all!! I was only asking if anybody was interested, obviously nobody on here will be now!!
