this is the first time i have heard this, to be honest i think its quite funny.
BUT it aint nice to do that to an old man, maybe to someone with an equal level of humour, but u can see why lots of people didnt like it.

Tbh I don't think it was worth all the fuss that has been made over it.......
But agree that if they'd done it to someone who would take it as a joke it would've been better.
And yeah what does Russel Brand actually add to the conversation? He does 80% of the talking and adds maybe 2%??
