Is there any sites that ..
Hiya people, my dad has one of these, High res cameras,
and i want to know how to use it proper so when i go to meets / car shows, i can get some really nice shots of cars, in the car park and on track,
Question is, is there a website where i can find out how to set it up right ?
Or... do i just have a play ?
Adz

I found books are more of a help than the web when you want to learn new techniques as well as looking at others photographs and picking up ideas. Having a play is a real good way to learn most things but you'll need to know the settings of the camera and how they work before you can do that really so....
If it's a Nikon then Scott Kelby and Matt Kloskowski does some videos on this website: http://www.dtowntv.com/
If it's a Nikon, Canon, Leica or Pentax Ken Rockwell does some good guides to the settings so you know how to get the most out of it: http://www.kenrockwell.com/
other than that just google for things you want to learn how to do or go buy some well rated/reviewed books
