right after thinking long and hard about a vts conversion and decided its going to be a no go. i had a long convo wit me dad after talking about it ne we decided its not the rought for me.
i have been thinking for ages about somethin unique for my car as i want it to stand out from the rest (strange saying that as it is mango lol)
so i am going to turbo my 1.4 furio engine and before anyone says save money and put avts in instead NO i want to be DIFFERENT. not many furios have been turbo'd so i want to be one of the few that jump in at the deep end.
it wont actually be a turbo until this time next year most prob as i wont be able to by parts till after xmass due to going to america for 3 weeks in november so my money this year is all taken up realy. so will slowly buy bits after.
im not 100% sure what parts i am going to buy yet but think i will start with basic turbo conversion to start with. so if anyone who has turbo'd or turboing there saxo etc would love you to pm me n give me a bit of advice.

exactly, would much rather do the turbo than a vts conversion feels as if you get more out of it if you get what i mean. more rewarding.

Looks great mate, fair play. Sounds good on the turbo front too. Gotta ask though have you properly researched it? Its a massive strain on the drivetrain, youll pop gearboxes shafts and clutches in no time.
Not a massively difficult job in terms of labour though, just need to get decent components made which fit properly and perform as they should and youll be fine. Ill deffo keep an eye on this
