had a awsome weekend went to t17 in oxford on saturday drove up with a few lads from ta and one on the lads in a punto lost his sunroof when we where on the moter way luckly the lad behind him swerved out the way befor it exploded on the floor lol he still enterd the competions with his roof coverd in duck tape lol.
i managed to get up there in one piece tryed my 45hz ports and the where an epic fail so back to the drawing bord put my 25hz ports back in and it was fine got 148.2 dB drag then 150.2 propper droppers walked away with 2 tropyhs
after t17 i drove up to wolverhampton stayed in a premier inn witch was a nice change from sleeping in the cold cramped saxo sunday went to bass junkies open day witch was one of the best open days ive been too 1st time ive been and there seemed to have more than some of the small car shows lol that wernt using the normal mic people test with so my scores shot up 154.9 with the doors closed 156.9 with the door open got 1st place there
all in all a good weekend manage to drive 500 miles in the pure saxo with the clutch going got about 20 miles from home went up a hill and the clutch started smelling think its time for my 4th clutch in 2 years lol

Oh ok i'm a member on TA but i dont think i've ever posted on there, but next year i'll make sure im there as its only down the road from me.
Should have the VTS and i'm just starting my boot build , i'll only be there to look round though as i won't be anywhere near powerful enough to compete.
James

yh thay used a audiocontrol mic the db drag and prooper dropers use a termlab mic witch are the the mics that are used world wide but i was happy to piss about with the ac mic lol tryed tryed doing 150 @ at 20hz but it seems the lower the hz the more simular the reading is to the termlab mic so i only managed 148.6 at 20
thanks i might pop to bnq sometime this week to get the rest of the wood for the tunnel then il get lots of pics up of me playing around in saw dust lol routers are awsome but so ******* messy lol

Well the set-up i've been given seems to have an under powered amp imo, need to get the model number and do some research on power figures so might give it a go if i can get them up to the full potential.
