lol, my sub is 1000w rms, but i just thought it would be louder for the 1200w that is going through it.
If i had 2 of my subs going would it be 2 times as loud or just the same??
The JBLs, did 1 of them make your hair move?? might have to give jbl subs a go.

what amp are you running? is the pioneer in a sealed or ported box?
na it wont be twice as loud with 2 subs but will be better . if you had 1 gt5 in a decent ported box it will piss the pioneer (if its in a sealed box)

Its in a sealed box, running off a JBL gto-14001, I had it ported originally and i just wasnt as bassy as a sealed box

thought that i would add reading back on your thread (Page 5) your defintly not joking about the jbls, 2 subs and you got 141.1 db thats fricking amazing, defintly know what im getting next

ah sweet amp ive been tempted to replace all my amp with thos but i love my 1201 very weird that it was louder in a sealed box should be the other way around but maybe the ported box wasnt designed right

thats the 1st time the two where tested but i had a dodgy headunit after i replaced the head unit i manage 143.3dB
running off your amp thay should be awsome (maybe a 144 or a little more) if you need any help with box design let me no as ive still got the box designs on the pc some where

If i keep my amp, if you think i could get alot out of it, do you mean the one amp for 2 subs or one amp for one sub and ill buy another amp????
it puts out 1200w at 4 ohms and 1400w at 8 ohms, iirc/

kl well let us no if you want them and il send them
your amp does 1500rms at 2ohm so you will be able to power both subs off the one amp

havnt done much latly steph as im saving up money to fill my new garage with new tools but nerly got the panel for the back window done just need to find some more jl comps and a tv

lol na its a project ive been planing for a while just really cant be arsd doing it but getting closer and closer to putting it in

well alot of people have problems with there sun roof leaking well ive come up with a 100% fix lol
luckly it went dark befor i could get carryd away and do the hole roof

thanks for posting thos up steph been outside all weekend cutting nearly got the main part of the tunnel done now just need to flush all 8 subs as thay are very close together. not the best pics as there off the fone
