Well the iPhone doesnt do much....so its not hard to beat!
Right now it has a few things that even the iPhone 3GS doesnt have.
5.0 megapixel camera, which in of itself is worth the phone.
It has a flash enabled web browser, so there is a whole new realm of possibilities when it comes to streaming video, music and other things via the internet.

imo a mobile phone is for calling and texting END OF. and even if i buy one with funky gadgets etc, i never use them so i stick to a simple £10 odd phone from tesco

A feature not available on the iPhone is scenes, part of HTC’s Sense UI. A scene is basically a configuration of the Hero’s home screen: users could have a scene for work, where they could have e-mail and calendar widgets on hand, and a scene for home, where music, photos and weather could be used.

mp on a mobile means shite really!
unless your blowing the pics up yay big then it wont really make a diff, as alot comes down to how good the lense is on the phone
fair do's the iphone doesnt have best cam mp's or memory cards but thats just picking at little faults that mean sod all!
