Default anyone lower my saxo in plymouth

hi i have a saxo westcoast 1999 im looking for someone to lower my saxo in the plymouth area atm its just for the torsion bar im lookiin to lower it 40mm can anyone help plzzzzzzzzzzzz

im from plymouth in devon (i no geddon ya janer) and have a saxo westoast 1999 mango orange n plannin to lower it 40mm but as i dnt have alot of money i only want to lower the back torsion bar until i have enuf money to buy lowering springs and the fitment money thanks mat

so far i have sprayed my vtr alloys black sprayed interior tinted rear lights tinted rear windows (limo black) and fitted my boot build which is a 1000w mutant sub 640w mutant amp 400w mutant 6x9's with a pioneer deh headunit and i also sprayed my saxo badges black but i have a few dents which need sorting out so if anyone knows of a cheap good panel beater in the plymouth area would also be much appreciated
