well the petrol vs diesel 150bhp, the petrol is faster by 0.1 second but the gti will out handle the diesel as i dotn think think they have the sports supension but a remap will take both to 190bhp

With a decent remap the TDi.

There is already tests to prove it. More torque etc............

the petrols remap higher i can map mine up to 215bhpish on stage one but a tdi will normally only map up to around 190bhp

BHP doesnt determine how fast it will go. The TDi produces more torque

yeah torque dont mean much from standing start and and the 150 diesel alredy gives more torque and you gain more torque mapping a petrol than a diesel going revo route

Deffo the golf! Better build quality, more comforatable, better on fuel! and with a remap enough power to keep anyone smiling chuck some lowering springs on to sort the roll out! (and a bigger turbo if you want )

the only focus worth goin for is the 1.8 or 2.0 i found my mates 1.6 was slugish (cudda bin his drivin tho haha) and the 1.4....... No point talking bout that one
