First go at HDR
I know some of you don't like HDR, and will instantly throw it away, but I like it, never had a try though until now. Any C&C is welcome.
Location is Hadlow Road Station, Willaston, Wirral.

I know what you mean mate. I just love the glow effect around the clouds ect in pic like this

im just starting out in photography, so dont be harsh when i ask what is hdr, is it a setting on the camera or a photoshop effect?

the reason most HDR looks shit is becauae people just wham the saturation up for no reason.
That doesnt look over done.

Nice shots mate, i went there a few months back but it was packed full of cyclists didnt get many shots but it was my first HDR, Good location and a nice walk if you follow the old train line towards neston
Sorry for the tread hi-jack lol

Couple of cyclists there today. Saw a good shot of the little shelter on the other side of the lines, but the sun was behind it so it was too dark.

Yeah it is, annoyingly it's been graffitied upon by a few chavs, but they're easy to hide.

the first one isnt too bad, as Ryan said, not overdone.
Although one criticism is that the whites are blown out on it

what happened to the glow around the clouds.......the pics look realli over sampled if you know what i mean.......everything is way too bright.....then again i know fuck all about photography haha
