After buying my first saxo just under a year ago and it looking very worse for wear and needing allot of work, i set ahead to turn a average/broken one into something with a bit of taste.
Loved working on it, nice easy cars to mend/do up, but im not a fan of bodykits and massive wheels so went for the subtle but track look. After finishing this i have decided to start a new project, so went a bought a mk2 vtr in wicked red, 45,000miles, 1 lady owner from new, full service history, years mot, years tax, and new brakes all round for £2200, admitly i could of got slightly higher mileage car for less money but this is spotless.
So time has started to then set about the new project. Im at uni so money is very tight, so will be going for a very clean but subtle look. And it will be spotlessly clean once i have time to clean it as im a bit of a clean whore.
My 1st saxo mk1 vtr when i got it
after 6months off the road and alot of money and time spent it and just recently sold it for £1300
Now onto my new one, its complelty standard, has one minor key scratch on the rear passneger quarter but other than that shes a winner, and can't wait to get my hands dirty.
will keep this thread updated as i progress along.
