Re: Airbag light keeps flashing on and off...
I had this on my old 106 and C3... Couple of quick DIY things you can try (if you havent already sorted it)...
Just move the drivers seat forwards and backwards (haha), this worked on the C3 and the 106 believe it or not! Alternatively, the wire for the airbag light is underneath the drivers seat. You could get someone who knows what they're doing to cut it and rewire/solder it. My dad's done this with many Saxo's and 106's (he has a Citroen garage), and almost always works to cure it

I think its pretty mint tbh. i just bought a vts Mk1 for £800 and its spent last 2 weeks in the garage after i done as much as i could do myself to make it pass the mot it still failed miserably. had to have new rear axle (so Im axles refurbed and lowered for me) inner arches had rust and where welded up, new cat, new wishbone, abs, then the pas pump went, the list seemed endless but its due home soon, and after seeing it today im in love, so aslong as it makes you feel good, dont worry bout the niggles cus its all sortable! I think your on to a winner. Sod the critics, shes a minterr!

The pic of it in your signature.........is the door a different colour or is that because of the camera flash?

problems we found tonight so far:
thermostat housing - New ones are £12, £5 from scrappy, £8 new thermostat
gearsticks wierd, need to look at it -?
hes taken out the speakers - £10 from scrappy or someone breaking one on this site, will need to use self tappers to secure tho, or pikey it up with blue tac?
doors are VERY stiff, and door card clips are all broke - bit of lub, copper greece will sort it in seconds.
drivers door lock doesnt work - pop door car off, make sure its actualy still connected, lots of wd40
Remote central locking doesnt work - check the battery in the key fob
fanbelt(i think) squeaking alot - tensioner, 5 mins
air filter fell off when we were looking at it - jubilee clip, 5 seconds if you lick your own elbow
rear c pillars missing - not all saxos even had them from the factory, get a full black pillar set from a 106 WINNAR
ashtray missing - £2 scrappy
airbag light wont stop flashing - clean the connections under the seat, just disconect the battery first
boot lid hard to shut - theres 2 little rubber mounts that you can undo or tighten to get it to shut flush, have a play
one brake lights out - £1 bulb, 2 seconds to fit
To be fair, none of those are any kind of serious problems, as long as the shell is solid, theres no play in the rear beam and your not using oil and your gear box is solid then you shouldnt have nothing to worry about
