Default Silicone / Tigerseal

Well turns out the guy that had my car before me loved siliconing stuff on rather than using the proper fixing points, Theres little bits of silicone on the paint around where it has seaped out of where he has put it, whats the best stuff to get this off?

And for tigerseal, theres a little dot of it by an arch and its really anoying me now! is there anything good to get this off?

Cheers

Mike
