they done a survey a few years back and said the worlds biggest drinkers where ireland, then germany and then england.

per head germany is the biggest, then england and then france, but on ratio to the amount of people who actually drink the irish where above the rest! and if england had same population as germany, they would be 2nd! but they have nearly 20 million people less than germany!

I meant alcoholic in the lightest possible way, not in the grim 'gotta have 12 cans before i can sleep' way but in the 'damn you like a good piss up' way. Merely admiration of people who know how to have a good time.
