he binned that rx7 on the way home from picking it up, remember rebuilding half of the orange shitter.

His name was Ross Telfer don't know if you saw the story anyway.
In short he was doing 50 in that 30 zone when he hit the kid and killed him.
The case dragged on for a while, he initially pleaded Not guilty and with advice from his lawyer he changed his plea to guilty.
He has just been sentenced to 8months in prison.
This country is a joke!

Sickening that he is pleading not guilty, If I found myself in that position I physically could not plead that way. I would have to take the punishment and then somehow try and in some way make it up in other ways just so I could actually get through my life.. such as donating an organ, bone marrow, blood anything and everything to try and save others,,,
I know it wouldn't bring gav back but atleast you have been true to yourself and gavs family and friends have seen that justice has been served...
He WILL be found guilty anyway, the un roadworthy state of the car alone should put him behind for a while...IMO
although I have said it before..
R.I.P Gav, you best be setting up an absolute awesome party up there fella, you will be joined by all family, friends and saxperience members from all regions..

What the guy isnt thinking about is his family by drawing it out he is causing them more pain.
Should just admit to his mistake as we all know it was a stupid lack of judgement that led to the tragic events.
Nothing can be done now and Im sure everyone involved just wants it to be resolved.
