Sounds a good idea wat bhp wud i b looking at from a turbo in a 1.4 with decent cams and a rolling road remap?

could be anything, depends on too many factors, eg engine condiotion turbo condition other mods, what mani you use mapping more importantly what choice you even make for fueling

turbo wise you can get a gt28 off a 200 sx you will also need the manifold
you can then cut the 200s mani up and weld all the bits to your saxo manifold
i would also recommend running 6psi boost as i have found @ 8psi saxo gearboxes just dont cut it(i have to heavy foot) and will die in a short time so far the diesial gearbox is doing well and is by far the best option (unless you can afford Quaif internals) the gears are longer but the boost makes up for it.

What turbo manifolds are available for vts engines? I know theres the dp and miltek but the miltek ones are a pain to get hold of and cituning arent the best ive heard at getting parts sent to you. The dp is expensive, is there any others out there?

I didnt know they sold them seperate on the site. Found them now though, good price for them both tbh, is there much difference between power, torque gains with the dp one?
What sort of figure is acceptable for term of reliability, i dont want it to be offroad being fixed because gearbox has gone or driveshafts snapped, etc. I heard that anything over 300bhp the gearbox will need upgrading to a BE ideally.

you cant have a fast reliable saxo.. it doesnt exist
If you looking for more than 300bhp you will need to spend ALOT of money, the stuff in this thread is very very very basic

just walk into citroen dealership and ask for the biggest they got, will cost around £60 for it, alternatively for low boost you can get a 1.9mm HG which will be enough
