usual 16v conversion lol , ive already got the engine , loom and ecu so thats sorted just gotta get the ecu unlocked . full strip out interior wise , been looking at sprint 5's really like the look of them . full cage maybe a dash dodger depending which way i wanna go with the dash . they are my main concerns ATM . i could go on all day lol . im not going to use it for commutting or anything TBH as i dont wanna spend daft money fixing it and on fuel , just pure greasy track death

cheers mate ,yeah ive done abit of checking up on it and seen it on here a while back , the bodywork isnt in the best condition , front bumper needs a bit of attension , o/s rear quarter has a hairline crack in the filler where its has a repair previously , but they can be sorted in time , gonna be off the road for around 10 months (hopefully) while i get it ready for tracking next year .

yeah that was the only problem with the car was that hair line crack, but it is still a clean rallye, you leaving the 8V engine or you changing it to a 16V for the track?

ok managed to get a few hours on the rallye today , basically the engine is now ready to come out so hopefully il get that out tomorrow , but the engine bay is in need of a good clean and painting up and the usual plate will need welding in under the ECU but otherwise im happy with what i managed to get done today
heres a few pics
the nearside front splashguard was missing so the arch is filled with mud due to the previous owner living on a farm (brilliant) .
the new 16v lump not far from ready to go in just needs the head cleaning up and then a new cambelt .
thanks for lookin
