Default Need help with my FURIO!

Just had my the head reconditioned, obviously I had to take all the bits off to send it off (injection, manifold that sort of thing) I also had to take off what appeared to be water/oil pump is this correct? this was on the right hand side of the engine as you are looking at it and it had a kind of rubber gasket on it. Does anyone know where to get one of these from??

Also i am having problems fitting the cambelt tensioner can someone help?

Thanks alot

Its the thermostat housing you took off. You use instant gasket to reseal it to the head.

In what way are you haing difficulty fitting the tensioner?

assuming youve locked the bottom end and cam pulley....

put the belt over the crank pulley, run the front race up and over the cam pulley. Then feed it down the back and round the water pump and tensioner. Tension the belt up,remove the locking pins and crank by hand a few times. Take the spark plugs out as it makes that easier. After 4 revolutions, check the timing holes still line up and check the belt tension. Job done.

A very small difference may be due to the maker, but it depends what you call a small difference. As long as the diameter and fixing hole is the same, it should be fine.
