Default vtr to vts engine conversion

hi im doing a vtr to vts engine conversion and need some help as what i need to get to do the conversion can someone please list everything thing that i will need to do it

also just wondered if my vtr is a single plug or 3 plug it is an r reg mk1 and what year vts engine will i need to go with this?

1 more thing which gearbox would be better for quicker acceleration vtr or vts?

well first of all for better acceleration eastcoast box LOL but that will just pop, seriously though id stick to everthing vts

engine
gearbox
unlocked ecu
wiring loom
think vts have better fuel regulators
and i spose with the engine youve got the alternators, stator motor,inlet, manifold etc
cant really think of much else at the moment

u need the engine. Loom. Gearbox. Top engine mount. Accelerater cable and the rest u search to find out covered many times

how do i know what ecu i have is it single plug or 3 plug and which vts engine would be the same ecu as my vtr ??

get a vts engine from same year or a mk1 if u search u wil get all info u need
