You can send them off to Canon as far as I know, don't think it will be cheap though.
Tax dodger or the Giraffe will know better.

Compressed air is ok as long as it didn't squirt anything out wet surely?
I know if you hold the can upside down then it will just piss out

Nothing worse than this (espec if you read the manual about sensor care)
Baldy search canon professional service in your area for service costs.

I suggest you go RTFM
When people think cleaning they often think sensor, a compressed air can near the cameras internals are not good. Externally A hand blower should remove almost all dirt, a damp cloth after that being extra careful

Hopefully back next monday, I'm stealin' GF's car so yeah - I'll bring my camera/lens cleaning shite with me. Is it actually physically dirty on the sensor or are you seeing dirt from the pics? If it's the pics it might be the lens.

+1 i`ve heard/seen a few horror stories from people using this method. The other little trick that camera shops & ebay sellers sometimes use is a little bit of silicone spray(shiny dashboard type)on a cloth then wipe over the camera body.Just don`t overdo it.
