Can virgin media still be obtained "cheaper" from using other boxes
Hey guys,
just had a look at the prices of VM packages and tbh there expensive now!, i was wondering if people can still use 'other' boxes to obtain all the channels etc or a different router to get BB, really need some info on the current situation as i believe its not easy anymore

it still can be done mate, just ask around some dodgy pubs or see if anyone is friendly with an engineer!
another way is to get someone to add a box on to their existing bill at about £5 a month and use that, it has to be fairly local though, VM network works like a LAN.
my sister has our TV package at her house because its connected in the same area the VM box dont know where it is.
if that makes sense?
