What size tyres are you running fella 195's?
As i had my RB as low as yours and the tyres did nothing but rub so had to raise it till i get new tyres. Im running standard 205's.
And cars looking spot on now with the 3/4 front plate.

Iv never had first hand experience. If they are 40mpg cars then maybe treat myself to a 172 cup next summer.

Cheers dude. It's awesome! Looks brilliant. The lass' fella who paid for the damage wasn't very happy about the price but the quality of the work shows why it costs that bit more tbh. The only place I'd trust to paint it as they did my Dad's concours mk1 escort rs2000 and that was awesome

I'll admit, I managed 29mpg today. Perhaps my decat? Unless everyone else's is decatted lol.
I'm not too fussed either way.

Mine gets 28/29 around town or near enough. 38 on a run on the motorway at steady speeds. The F4R engine doesnt appear to like sitting in traffic too much. Has anyone else found if you reset the trip, do a good long run then go back to town driving it'll sit at 32-34mpg for a long time? However do a trip reset without doing a long run, just town driving and it sits lower about 28 or so

Try a set of Eibachs sportlines first mate, I found them a great upgrade - stiffer than cup suspension by not crashy and back breaking over bumps. Give a little drop too but nothing outrageous

IMO they're awesome. They're ever so slightly harder than standard but they definitely aren't hard imo.
Tbf, when i first got my 172 i thought the ride was harder than i expected even as standard. I'm guessing the Cup suspension will be harder in standard trim than mine would have been too.
As said, one option is the Sportline's, lot's of people give them very good ratings. I considered them but knew i wouldn't be happy with the drop.
