You front discs look rusty way beyond what I would consider safe . I'd suggest new discs and pads altogether before considering anything else. Then like others have said, get rid of wheels, tincan fuel cap with fake nuts, suicidal spongebob (one would assume that the driver is about 8), beesting.

You can tell his discs are rusted to the point of being unsafe from one photo plus the car still has its wheels on?
