Thanks guys. I spoke to someone at megasquirt and maf was pushed on me! At 7 psi a 2.5 MAP would be more than enough!
Resistor chips are a nono, we very nearly melted a mates civic with a ridiculously high resistor LOL, i want to try and do it properly, buy cheap buy twice as it goes. Putting this much strain on an engine id definitely do it properly.
I looked at 5th injector but its a bit old school and grotty, how much are sigcons i havent come across them? Ive been told that 182 injectors both will and wont fit, that they fit vtr not vts and vts not vtr. Scrapyard here we come!
Single plug i think would be a backwards step, who knows what wiring would need changing. There are plenty of inejctors with a higher flow rate at 3.5 bar its just finding ones that will fit, sod buying and sending back the wrong ones and postage blerrrrgh!
I reckon il have this done professionally its well out of my league, i just couldnt make the link between mechical turbo and external ecu, want as little electrics invilved as possible, but map sensor makes sense as it would take pressure in pipe work after cooler and before tb.
If anyone knows any reputable mappers etc feel free to send them my way.
