Default 106 GTI couple of issues

Hi all, couple of odd issues with the GTi, my temp warning and oil light started flickering the other day now they're on perminantly, also my mate who was following me noticed my reverse lights are perminantly stuck on? Only happened since I changed the clutch. I checked to make sure i did fit the earths ontop of the gearbox which I have (both of them) any ideas??

Other issue is suspension related, over speedbumps the front makes a eeee orrrrr kind of creaking sound. Top mount? Struts? Drop links are new and ARB bushes are new power flex items front and rear wishbone are standard but it's only over bumps

Are you sure the noise is from the front?

creaking usually comes from a worn axle.

No idea about the lights stuck on - sorry.

100% it's when the front end hits the bumps, and the rear is a week old ago from IMAxles so it rules that one out

Then i have no idea, if it where me, i would open the bonnet and push down on the front to see if you can create the noise, if so, get some one else to help with looking for where its coming from.
