Default Any help with next move...

Recently had some problems with my conversion, driving along and the minute I dipped the clutch towards round abouts or was sat idling at junctions the engine would die.... plugged it into my scanner and got a fault "mixture adjustment top position permanent fault"

The lambda was the suggested problem so I changed it, car seemed to run alot better, no stalling (it drops revs but saves itself) but I went out the other night, negotiating a round about approach and seeing it was clear I put my foot down but instead of the car responding it suddenly died, luckily started straight off the key as a lorry was coming round quite quick!

Anyway got it home and thought if check to make sure the original fault hadn't come back but now I'm getting a different fault of..

Mixture adjustment lowest position

Any ideas what to check/change will be appreciated.
So far I've only changed lambda (only has one, confirmed by citroen), plugs and fuel filter but guessing it has something to do with the air/fuel ratio, at the moment my next plan is to change temp sensor (green one for the ecu.... blue seems to be working fine sending it's signal to the dash).

I did actually take off every sensor on the body the other day, before the roundabout incident and cleaned everything.

I'll get the test meter on the tps soon as I can, no one nearby that can let me try theirs before replacing

Think I can rule out tps....probe the signal wire and it's sat idle (engine not running, butterfly closed) at 0.64V which will increase slowly as the pedal is pressed, no sudden spikes and will sit at 4.47V and will return back to 0.64V just as evenly.
