Well the map was aborted as the actuator spring was to stiff so was peaking at 17psi so I've now fitted a softer actuator it's now running half a bar so need to go back to have it finished

Ahhh I see , far too much then as you're only on standard internals aren't you ?

That's around what I'll be running when it goes back , no more that 20psi anyway as the gt28 will run out of puff

gt28 will not run out of puff --ever you will run out of engine -g/box before it runs out of boost
problem is the high rpm it spools up at

pretty sure the acutator did not have a 17ib spring --far more likely that the rod was too short so it was partially compressed when you slipped onto the waste gate flap

actuator rod should just slide onto flap with no stretching of spring --making rod shorter is an easy way to lift the actuator blow off pressure

Nah mate spring was epic literally had to use all my strength to pull the rod super super stiff

Well today got the driveshaft changed also changed my suspension strut at the same time as it was no longer damping also mounted my fire extinguisher done a couple of practice runs of grabbing it quick seems to release quite easily the bearing carrier was a pig as expected but thankfully the collar on the suspension strut came undone easily
