it be good to do welding myself but in all honesty if it is anything like that atm I leave it to my mate I don't have time or money to fix my own mistakes lol
Well small update things this week haven't gone to plan as wanted really but next week big push and pretty much most things on aforementioned list will be done, small chance the engine will be running within the next 2 weeks once the inlet gets made and I decide on trumpet length.
Also should be getting some VTR wheels off gibbo in a week or so, other than that may try and get a cheap drum beam so it can be lowered a bit easier.

Bloody hell Gav, another car, you must have had more cars than I've had hot dinners.
I'll keep an eye on this to see how it turns out.

tbh it needs to be done and some needs to buy it when done but to be realistic by the time the 1.1, china gti and diablo gti go this is more than likely going to stay.
Just thinking what wheels to go for (must be oem psa stuff)

sorted some rallye steelies for this now will pick them up in next 2 weeks, also parry121 should be sorting me manifold and centre caps, few more odds and ends to buy but should be moving under its own steam end of august / begin of september.
Hopefully by time everything is all done be pushing roughly 120-130 with the few adjustments in mind

well let's be honest steve not many people can be bothered with AXs now or there are a few that want to but don't take the plunge. I suppose spreading the cost this time will help but this whats been mentioned is just to get the thing on the road working and useable for now

Have you really thought what way you want to go with it gav? Like power wise. Boost sounds good but as you no is a fair bit of work. maybe go n/a with wild cams and some make up r1 carbs on an s engine or use your eaton charger kit lol
