it might be worth trying to put some kind of scoop / curve between the port and the glass to try and move the air out over the subs instead of up towards the glass!
i wouldnt of thought it would effect loading that much tbh!

liking the design on the front doors! looks like there might be an excessive amount of filler on there though :/, looks like its 5/6mm thick of filler on the top 
Well designed so that the speaker isnt slapping the seats liking that! 
One thought though the amp which you have covered in fluffy stuff surely that is going to just make the amp hotter by having an inch of insulation? just a thought but might be worth considering covering it in a much thinner pile carpet/felt???

yer they have a lot of filler lol. the amp dont get very hot even with the furr frame. it gets slightly warm when ya have been booming for a few hours lol.
