Default Bentleys' are for 'Ballers' De-Badged & Wipered Pg. 18

Owned this since New Years Eve, 2010

Its a Audi A3, 2.0 Tdi, 140bhp, 240lb/ft
32k, Full Audi Service History
£12,495

It's in a different league to any other car I have had, at 80mph, in 6th, its sits at 2050 rpm, and I'm getting 70/75mpg out of it.

When I bought her she was like this

Only diffence being, it had naff 16 inch, so i sorted that out with these 18 inch S3 rims

My first mod was a 7.5 inch, Sony Double Din Dvd player, was supposed to be £750 (free fitting), but Halfrauds had a printing malfunction ad advertised it for £450 so I took it there and then, they quickly changed the tags over after that, haven't got a photo, but I will upload one.

Knowing I needed lowering, I bought some Vmaxx and got her like this

If I'm honest, the ride was shit, and the ride height wasn't the best, even though they claim to go down 75mm front and back, the back went down around 10/15mm lower, which I didn't like.

I then invested in some of these

But they never got on the car, two main reasons, first was, realistically you can't drive anywhere with the centre caps, you have to take them off every time you park up, and only put them on for photos etc, as each centre cap, with the B is £168, and their so easy to pull out, its easier to pull them off than open a can of coke, serious, so in that sense their not practical, and the other reason, was the tyres wouldn't fit and needed a refurb.

Still on the hunt for a good suspension set up, I bit the bullet and folked out the best part of £1500 for this

Kw V2's aka THE DADDYS

The ride on these is just epic, so smooth, personally better than Audis setup, the ride height, well its down 65mm all round, the nose of the car dogs into the ground and the back sits perfect, best £1500 I spent I'd say.

Don't know weather you can notice, but its slighty lower on front, and higher on back, will have to take some flat shots soon, hopefuly be going to a few meets.

But still in need for some good rims, I P/x the Bentleys, with a fair bit of cash their way for these

These are a set of 19 inch staggered set of Audi Speedlines.

The front are off a A6, and are 19x8.5j and the rears are off a A8 S Line, and are 19X9j. They are in satin grey, three shades darker than my dolphin grey car, so should look good, and the outer rim is diamond cut/polished. Worth some serious wonga.

Have ordered falken 215/35/19 rubber for them, so a nice bit of stretch aswell, should be here by Tuesday, bastard holidays.

Lastly, just a little clean shot

Future Plans

Obviously fit the Speedlines Done
Going to Debadge the A3 and 2.0Tdi, to clean the rear Done
Going to get a black optics grill from Audi Next month, as I don't like the chrome, it's £178 though
Looking at My09/11 rear lights, as they looks alot cleaner too Done
Some nice bulbs, interior and exterior
Maybe an S Line conversion to clean and smooth the front Done
Possibilly a Amd Stage 1, 200bhp, 310lb/ft Done

Thats about all

As always, all comments welcome.

The gear ratio I think is the cause, as stated at 80mph, its sits at around 2050rpm, with a 2.0 diesel engine, it just doesn't try at all, finds motoways too easy in a sense.

Thanks mate

Just forked out £176.50 on MY11 rear lights

For the non VAG follwers, this thread will explain all, have a look at the current rear light on it now reversing strip is larger, and the square in the middle doesn't stand out as much as it does on the newer ones, plus the MY11 ones are alot darker
