Widemouth has potential. take the plastic stuff out from behind it and replace with mesh, also tbh you should take the bumper off to get a decent job.
You need filler on top of the fibre glass, as fibre glass will be bumpy and rough, so you need to filler it and sand it to get a nice smooth finish.
Have a look at how this gyu did his widemouth in his thread: http://www.saxperience.com/forum/sho...d.php?t=197703
Also have a look at this guide on spraying rocker covers:

Your meant to fibreglass underneath the holes left from the slats, and then filler on top. When you sand it down your either gonna have lumps all along the mouth or youll just end up sanding away all the fibreglass you put on.
As said the engine bay needs re doing too. Sorry to be a cunt mate but if your gonna do something you may aswell do it right

Lol this thread rocks.
You shouldnt of even started the bumper or rocker cover if you dont know how to spray them. Also you shoudnt just spray your bumper with spray cans as it wont be a great finish.
LMAO about smashing the rear window because you locked your keys in.Good luck with it all tho.

lol at the rear window, and even more " Lols " at the engine bay, hmm, over spray FTW ha
and as " ollyvts " said, you shouldn't have even started it if you don't know whats what,
you will need to sand down the fibreglass, might have to add some more after,
Sand it back down
put bodyfiller on it
Sand this down, and proberly put some more onto it,
then sand it down again,
Primar it, then when this is dry flat it down with wet and dry, a few more coats of primar, and then flat it down again with wet and dry.
final coat, then laqcure,
but tbh mate, if you sprayed your engine bay yourself, i would seriously get a pro to spray/finish off your bumper lol
