Another xbl problem.. *avoid adding your paypal* that is all

Okay so i cancelled my paypal subscribtion as i assumed i paid the month. Now my account is suspended

I cant even get in my emails to get a "code" etc and to get them to call me back. I cant re add paypal to my account. DO i cut my losses and make a new account

il loose all my achievements wont i? will i still have my saves?

Cheers. Last time i use paypal on xbox. more bother then its worth.

edit; making a new xbl. cba to faff on. not bothered about achievements on the 360.
