My old one was 90mm and it was about 10mm off the bump stops and I can't ever remember it bottoming out but then saying that I was careful over bumps and my car was stripped at the back so no weight. But 60mm should be fairly ok

I find it reaches the bumpstops at about 80mm so could be hitting them I suspect as it'll be alot more bouncy with standard shocks. Aftermarket shocks like apex or spax will make it firmer. And trimming a cm or two off the bumpstop is easily done and causes no trouble. Will mean there's more suspension travel until it bottoms out.

Raising it is just giving up
