When I meet you I'm going to slap you for two reasons,

1: no lights fitted yet wtf man pull your finger out
2: how dare you get someone with a rock ridden cloth to wash your car, arg

1) it's been blistering cold and raining/sleeting here, nowhere to work means that it takes 200% effort to do something lol.

2)see reason 1^ although i would happy take a slap, it's something i have ALWAYS been dead against, but no word of a lie, the doors had about 2-3mm of mud stuck to them, it hadnt seen any cleaning products in 3 months, so i was just happy that it looks slightly more respectable.

i was cringing when they were wiping it though :$

OK so, firstly, i cannot believe it has been almost a year since i last looked in here, time move scarily fast sometimes.

i have been fairly busy with the mods in this time;

The car is now lowered 40mm all round on spax springs and dampers thank god, no pictures of this as mark1311 did it for me and i had to dissapear off whilst it was getting done, at the same time all my front suspension components were changed so that's something off the list.

just annoyed with myself that i left it almost 18 months of ownership without doing this first, the whole cars handling is just brilliant, feels extremely planted and looks 10x's better.

also fitted an e-tech strut brace on the front, really really impressed, tightens it up a lot more than i was expecting !

no pictures of the bay, as it's not very nice if i am to be honest, something i definitely need to focus more on !!

That was how it sat after the lowering, spot on i would say

i had my vts alloys blasted and coated white, and then wrapped in fresh uniroyal rainsport 2's all round.

and i guess the biggest purchase of all is this...

alloys and engine have all come in the same month, so in two weeks have spent over £500 on the car, so sadly i wont be going 16v this year.

i want to take my time, clean it all up maybe spray it to get it looking really fresh and get everything fitted whilst it isn't in the car like belts pumps etc.

here is how it looks now

ok i know this gets absolutely 0 views, and i don't update it, but fuck it, might as well.

driving to work last monday, old man pulls out on me hitting my offside front and pushing me into another guy hitting him on my nearside front.

absolutely distraught, as above i had 16v plans, infact, im still gathering the last few parts, last part is a vts radiator.

i may still continue on, but the insurance have now declared it a total loss, and i am really apprehensive about continuing to spend on a cat c/d car, despite the fact the whole shell is 100% it's all simply panel damage (forcing us into 12 plate shit bags anyone?)

just when everything was coming together, some old blind cunt comes and fucks it all up, a local lad stopped to help me as he had a scissor jack on him so i could get my brand new/fucked alloys off (one burst) and move it out the road, and he said he had watched it and was really impressed with how i had progressed it from just a standard furio ( and he's a corsa lad!!)

his damage....lol

/possible end

:@'(
