Their called PLCC2 Bulbs these are in blue but you can choose your own colour. When doing it make sure you put the bulb back the right way around. otherwise it wont work, i suggest you do it a led at a time. You can tell which way the led goes by the cut out on the casing.
Hope this helps

Hi guys,
New to the forums so bare with me eh? Lol
I have a Saxo and it has the green dials, I took the dash out and found that the green is printed on the sticky side, so no chance of changing the bulbs for me.
What would you recommend cause I really like the plasma dials, any ideas? I'm quite happy to make my own but not sure what I'd need.
Cheers,
Adam

Hi guys,
I decided to scan my dials, and edit them in photoshop. I did this in about an hour, but here's what I've done. I'll print this on a clear paper, then use a coloured white version behind it for the white.
Not high quality as you can see, but it turned out alright even on white plain paper!

Here's my updated version, still not quite done, going to edit the lines to make them more crisp and I've not decided on the colours yet (hence half red and half blue!).
What looks best do you think? Red or Blue?

hi guys,
I've now completed my new dial set, few pictures attached. In the end I just decided to print the dials on Photopaper on the highest setting, and although the dials aren't perfect, they look pretty good.
I've posted up the final image how they looked in Photoshop. Ohh and yes I know the Clock cut-out is really bad, the revcounter was the first one I put in and I do plan to replace it with a decent one
Original Dash
Comparison in the daylight with the old and new dash
Comparison at night between the old and new dials
The new dashboard in the daylight
The new dashboard at night
I did buy some LED's thinking they'd be brighter but to be honest they make the dials red colour look a pinkish red, which is not what I'm after. Does anyone know if I can get the 286 Bulbs in a higher wattage than 1.2w?
Let me know what you think?
