Powering it whilst soldering could damage the board.. Dont want to risk damaging it as milage is very close to orginal so want to use these dials

I could do that way but as they run in series of 3 and i dont know which one of the 3 is making them not work and there is 3/4 sets of 3 in series it will leterally take 4-5 hours to try all the combinations :banghead:
Thats y i was hoping sum 1 had a pic just to help me save time

That is true also one of mine had a dodgy connection which turned other leds off
Still, try the three leds each way wouldn't take too long, once one set is working the other sets should be the same or easy to work out

Is there anyway of accessing the dials without removing the steering wheel? As removing the airbag torx screws was a bitch, got 1 out but rounded 1 off.
Or is this the only way?
Cheers

Can undo the 2 13mm bolts that hold the steering rack in , once this is done steering wheel can be moved down leaving room for you to get to the screws of the clocks ! This is how I did mine without removing the steering wheel

I also did the above, loosened the 3 13MM steering column bolts. Was piss easy to get them out. Ive done them all but ive only got a 1/3 of them working.
Any advice?

Youve not solderd one of them correctly i imagine so the circuit isnt complete. Check over all the connections of the broken ones, more than likely the first one that isnt lighting up.

Ive got the petrol gage and the oil temp working, just not the rev counter, petrol gage and half the speedo. The milage is working.
What works looks sick but its annoying. I wish it all worked.

I've just done this. Its bolocks.
I've only got half the speedo and half the rev counter working along with the temp gauge and warning lights. The petrol gauge isn't having a bar and the rev counter has stopped working :/.
New clocks :/
