The respray will cover all the body panels including behind the kit. We're also getting the door and tailgate shuts painted but the engine bay is staying until a little later on as there's more top secret plans for that area of the car lol.
Car and panels currently in the booth masked ready for priming.
More soon

gonna prob be one of the best saxo's on here when done, cin it at 1st n was like u've got it all wrong. Then cin the bbs's n was like cud be ok, but still just a battered mk1, then next the fk coilies n then was like dam that looks good for a standard mk1 with just wheels n a drop. THEN u started on the bodywork, ur doing the project perfectly in my eyes! Can i ask how much the roof skin cost? how much and where did u get the fk's from?
cheers

Cheers fella's it's really good to see people like how the cars progressing. I must admit both this car and the Clio started with pretty humble beginings and looking back through we can see why people didn't immedaitely take either very seriously. Must admit I really can't wait to see the car in colour to see if we got it right or not lol.
The roof is a genuine Citroen item and cost about 110quid but it's not that easy to fit really. As for the Fk's i'm not entirely sure where they came from but they were pretty hard to find i remember.
Sorry I can't be more help

Hi all and just to let you know we've been pretty damn busy even though we've not been posting just a lot of it hasn't been at all picture worthy. Today however is very different. First of all as the car has a very retro theme to it we've given the fog lamps a european/retro look...
Next off the seemingly endless flatting of the car came to an end and it was time to wrap it up like a christmas present ready for paint..
So now for the big giveaway post but before we post the picture I really should post a WARNING!
We've made what we reckon will be a very controversial descision when it came to the colour but then the breif for this car was always to do something different that devides opinion. Some of you won't like it, hopefully some of you might but if you don't please feel free to say just please don't tear us a new one lol.
Cheers
For that mean imposing look we don't think you can beat (drumroll)
Satin Black
It looks pretty glossy in these pics but beleive me it's not it's mostly caused by the intense lights and white walls in the booth.
Well, there it is, hope some of you like it. We have some other pretty contoversial updates coming for the car but thats all I can tell you for now.
Cheers.
