clearence between the seat and and speaker is about 5mm. clearence between the mags and door rod is about 15mm give or take so the speakers will be going into the doors a little more. going to try get both doors to the level the drivers is so then i can start making them look fancy got a few ideas need to find some 10mm frosted perspex 1st tho but u will love what im doing

i suppose you dont have to worry about xmax issues, although interested, was there much with the JL? similar range with orion and RE comps! they have impressive wangage for comps! what were the JL?

well havnt done much work as im waiting to get some new door cards and more 837's. but have done a few little bits got the trim panel for the end of the tunnel on, have taken the fire extinguisher out of the glove box and cabletide it to the bottom of the bo (frees up glove boxs so i have a little bit of space for storage)
new headunit in, have fitted the camera in the boot so i can see people looking at my boot make sure they aint doing nout to my car and will also be wiring the rear view switch to my boot so if the boot is open it will turn the camera on ( ive got a habit of driving with my boot open and not noing)
