Little update: manage to find some birch plywood at last phoned up 15 companys as all people where selling was birch faced but manage to find some solid birch for £48 deliverd still over 3 times the price of mdf but hopfuly be worth it tho.
I replaced the sub wiring from the 18gauge to 14gauge i did want to go larger but the wire was free (thanks to matty and tonto) so went with the 14. I also made all the wire the same length just so all the subs get the same resistance. I know thos kind of things have an audible difference but still nice to know every think is 100% the same lol
Tomorrow hopfuly have my 3rd pack of 4mm deaderning and some new carpet so i can get the boot back together once ive put the birch in.

finaly got the new panel on used gripfill to seal it and also added some screws as for the last two years the right hand side only had one screw but all sorted now and 100% sealed

remade the bottom panels to fill the gap where the big yellows where and to hide wiring better
started todo work on the boot lid at last going to be fitting a few things on it then get it all trimed up

cheaking clearance in the boot should just about clear the amps when im done
