lol, we used the corner weights to find out the weight of mine and rushy's car,,,,, corner weighting is when you adjust ride heights, move things and use ballast to get as close to 50/50 weight distribution as possible.
i can weigh your car for you for nothing but you will have the wait untill i borrow them again, wich will be soonish i think.

yea i get you man, thats cool soon as you know your gunna borrow them drop me a text and ill come over for the day.
if you need any help on your gti too and cant find troops you know wheres theres some free hands man.

no worries man im only a text or phone call away man.
well whats your net weight? i very much doubt ill be as light as you.
the rallye was 860kg as standard car according to pug specifications but since owning the car iv removed, headshields from everywhere bar fuel tank, all sound deadening from under carpet behind doors cards everywhere has gone bar a tiny bit behind the dash but i did cut right up too as far as i could reach behind the dash, spare wheel carrier hangers the lot has gone, swapped front rallye cards for carbon ones but im yet too fit them still and actually say iv brought some lols
so i reckon theres a decent weight save there, i swapped the s2 rallye interior for gti leather with airbagged seats up front from the saxo but tbh the seats felt pretty much the same weight, i swapped heavy exhaust for the supersprint race system with center box and fitted a raceland 8v mani too.
if iv lost 20kg from the car ill be happy mate.

im pretty confident you have lost more than 20kg mate.
hopefully before the ring mine will be sub 800kg's.

fancy respraying mine for free i'm not that biggest fan of the bodywork on it mate. how you mean your glad iv gone power wise? I wanted a fast 8v engine in my old vtr too.

would be awesome if I have mate, if it's down to near 835-840kg I'll be happy my cammed 8v will be going in soon hopefully that will pull around 120bhp maybe more, it'll make power pretty high too because the heads been ported quite abit aswell. When cloud had the head fitted to his car it made 122bhp but I'll be running new valve and stem seals and all the other stuff that goes in there plus an s1 rallye inlet which I'll get port matched to my head so should be pretty interesting.
