Righty spacers for wheels are here so they will be fitted on Thursday. Also got 1.4d lower rad hose, 1.4d radiator, slim line fan coming so will fit along with the header tank I got off Shaun (cheers bummer) on the weekend, why fit that setup? Gives me more space for the turbo bits

Started at 10am packed up and finished pretty much by 11.15am before it started raining. All I've got left to do is extend the wiring for the sensor in the rad and wire up the fan which I will do this afternoon weather being good, need to tidy up the small overflow hose and extend it so it goes round the back of engine instead of how it is now.
So all in not much really, if you want to run a similar setup may it be for N/A or Boost it is the cheapest and easiest setup to sort out

Looks a tidy setup mate - this is the route I'm going to go.
Is it just a header tank with 2 outlets, one connected to the drivers side top of the diesel radiator, and the other is 'T'd into the bottom rad hose?
Sounds simple enough to do!!

Yeah mate 2 outlets one to bottom hose and top of rad for overflow, I didn't use a tpiece in the bottom hose I just got a 1.4d lower rad hose which went right on. Need to tidy up a few things in a moment did the wiring I needed to do before on the fan and switch

Looks a sweet setup mate, plus plenty of room on the drivers side of radiator for a charger suppose this setup almost bleeds itself?
Progress is looking good mate!!! Almost road worthy?

Right more done on this today went out to bleed the car up again after leaving the header tank full yesterday after its initial bleed up session, open cap no fluid me thinking oh shit whats up so squeeze hoses can hear it gurgle checked connection on back all fine and lower one on rad fine to, checked the top hose yup has a crack that has decided to expose itself overnight
But got one sorted, going to SORN the car tomorrow and retax in a week or two but everything seems ok so far no issues to note pretty much in definitive spec before the boost stuff goes in

Ok update of sorts braided lines all round and VTR M/C fitting on saturday morning along with temp xsi brakes thus reylands be fitted same time
On a more serious update I've been in touch with Broga Racing and he is happy to redo my adapter and downpipe for me price is pretty good to, also Big Jim Racing is making caliper brackets for the APs so I can run 247mm oe disc all very exiting stuff which should see everything done this month

well this is a totally unexpeted one if I am honest!
Monday 23rd of August will mark the day that this car moves under its own steam via some BOOST! yes you heard it right on the road driving Monday 23rd! Few things to do between then but thats simple stuff like brake bar adjustment, rear lines on the easy side of things.
Monday will be a case of uprated clutch and fitting all the gubbins as the adapter, downpipe plus sump being done this week getting oil feed and return next sat. Pretty much it as I have everything else I need already, sorry for another one without pics but it's just news at the moment but bloody good at that!
